Phoenix Rising Individual Workshop

Together, we will create a new empowered paradigm and foundation to support empowered expression.

Your workshop begins with a complimentary consultation and emailed questionnaire. Once you enroll, a calendar link will be sent for you to book your one hour sessions.

Each month you will receive:

• Four 60 minute sessions via zoom of phone

• Weekly mediations both in meeting and shared via email.

• Two personal worksheets designed for your unique experience and goals — worksheets include inspired mantras, creativity prompts, and tools for ongoing support.

• Email support — for extra support when needed with worksheets or questions about anything that comes up between our calls— response times are within 24 hours.
