Formerly, Matriarchs and Metamorphosis, the series has a new name! The series' roots will remain deeply connected to our matriarchs and the divine feminine. It will also open to our entire lineage, offering various family threads, writing techniques and prompts, and more writing opportunities during our group meetings!

Testimonials below from previous participants.

Laura’s wise, gentle, and skillful guidance has helped me access a depth of emotion I’d been yearning to bring to my writing. The skills I learned with our focused weekly prompts, from writing from the body, threading in sensory details, adding tension, dialogue (and much more) is helping me to resuscitate and revise my memoir. I’ve taken it off the shelf and am giving it new life. Something really good has clicked! Thank you, Laura - I am so grateful for this breakthrough!

Matriarchs & Metamorphosis was brilliantly held by Laura Phoenix Power. Just like her namesake, it felt like a powerful rebirth.

I was looking for more connection with my ancestors through my writing, and that is what she provided. I highly recommend this course.
— ~Anita Kopacz, Bestselling Author of Shallow Waters
Matriarchs and Metamorphosis was a great journey that opened up so much for me! Also grounded me, brought me back down to my roots, and made me feel stronger and more powerful. Connecting to my mothers, mothers mother, mothers mothers mothers strength. I have a new view of my importance and self love.
— Jess
My biggest takeaway was the joy I experienced writing again. You helped me dust off my heart and remember that it can shine.

The biggest gift is my remembering that my Matriarchs still sing in my heart.
I recommend this series to every woman! Our fears, our hopes, our grief, our strength, our wisdom, our love are all given space to sail across the page.
— Fanny

Writing with Laura Phoenix was a profound and beautiful experience.
Her intuitive, heart-centered approach and writing craft guidance helped me to dive deeper into my writing, connect to my heart, and express my story.

It felt like a cathartic and healing experience, seeing my life through a magnifying glass, finding beauty in such small moments, and then healing the relationships that deserve more credit.
