Currently, Tie-Dye is omnipresent, from high fashion retailers to big-box stores and a national chain restaurant upcycling avocado pits into an earth-conscious dye.
My favorite tie-dyed piece originated with spilled wine on brand-new white jeans. Unwilling to part with the fantastic fit, I threw some colors together and transformed my jeans into a statement piece that I love wearing.
Inquiries on my jeans inspired collaboration with a local boutique where I hand-dyed a dozen jeans, each pair unique in color and technique. The process brought more opportunities to share my "color me forward" services and begin Fly Dye Revive.
